That’s it .. time for Extreme Makeover, Home Office Edition

A pile of books and papers just slid off my desk, I reach down to catch then, and in doing so, I knock the monitor off its’ perch. Then while picking up the monitor, I bump my head on the coffin-like Ikea-crap cabinet, desk thingy … and that sets off a chain reaction unplugging my SCSI cable while the DAT drives was completing a backup, the tape popping out like toast .. and my machine blue screening .. then my chair breaks! This all occurred in under five minutes.
Nikko (the dog) is looking at me like I am nuts. ‘No, I am not speaking in tongues .. I am mad, I am swearing .. — Nikko . daddy needs a home office makeover!’
