Cottage Time

Well, here we go! the family has just signed a construction contract for a little cottage in the woods, on the Pacific Coast. Along with the 35 page construction contract, we added 37 pages of high-tech amendments to support what we hope is a high-tech cottage, where all the tech is non-visible and assistive. The plan is to implement a state of the art automation system, along with a suite of environmental sensors and a weather suite.
We are planning on doing all the engineering and wiring ourselves. We will pull a second electrical permit for the automation system, with the contractor pulling the permit for the core high-voltage work.
The only problem now is .. how do we get the net out to the boonies!
We should be in the cottage by August
